A new paper, “Biofunctionalized conductive polymers enable efficient CO2 electroreduction” was just published in Science Advances. This work presents the highest activity metal-free polymer decorated with bio-inspired motifs that are capable of converting CO2 into fuels – formic acid and carbon monoxide.

This work was in collaboration with Prof. Philipp Stadler from Johannes Kepler University Linz. Phil worked on computational simulations and manuscript writing.
